Elementary School Clothing Session Request

This calendar shows available dates for schools to REQUEST their preferred clothing session(s).  You will be contacted via email with your ACTUAL clothing session(s) when the schedule has been finalized (after September 2). We have a limit of 30 students per clothing session.  Some school’s allocation numbers will require multiple visits to get all students into Threads2Thrive. As a reminder, you will need to schedule ALL of your school’s clothing sessions within a 2-week period.  We will place ONE shoe order after all of your students have visited Threads2Thrive, been measured, and have selected their shoes.

Use the instructions below to sign up for your preferred clothing session.  This calendar will be available to you until August 26th.  After August 26th, you will need to send an email to Threads2Thrive-elem@boostkc.org.

  1. Use the arrows to the right and left of the calendar to view the next or previous month
  2. We will have 2 sessions on most days. The first session will begin at 10:00am. The second session will begin at 11:45 am. Sessions take approximately 90 minutes for 30 students.
  3. There are 30 slots per clothing session. Use your total number of allocated students to determine if a session has enough openings for your school.  Multiple schools can sign up so long as their combined allocation is less than 30.  If a session has openings, “Sign up” will appear on the day and it will show the number of open slots left at that session
  4. Click on “Sign up” to request a clothing session on a specific date.
  5. Enter all of the information requested.  Your school name and # of students MUST be included.  Any quantity over 30 must be approved by Threads2Thrive.
  6. Confirm your choice by clicking on the Sign me up! button
  7. A confirmation email with the date you requested will be sent to you.
  8. Repeat this process for as many sessions as you need to bring all of your student allocation to Threads2Thrive within a 2-week window. You will receive a confirmation email for each session.
  9. You can remove yourself from a requested date by clicking on the “X” after your name, if desired. If you need to change the number of students entered, you will need to remove yourself and sign up again.
  10. Please note that we will try to accommodate your requested date, but due to scheduling conflicts, we may need to move dates around. Your clothing sessions are not final until you have received notification of your ACTUAL clothing session(s).  Notification emails of actual dates will not be sent until after September 2. You will receive a separate email for each confirmed clothing session.
